I have a springer precision trigger in the 4.5 frame and since it was fitted to my 4.5 slide, it is not as good of a trigger with a different slide. That would be my only caution.That isn't that expensive. You might consider buying a second XDM with a Stainless slide and possibly OD frame. That way you could have the possibility of all 4 combintations (Black on black, black bi-tone, Stainless/OD and Black/OD). I know the Glock 34 frame is exactly the same as Glock 17, therefore slides and frames are swappable. Is it the same with the 9mm 5.25 competition version?
